Be
Authentically
What does this mean to you?
Five Pillars To Returning To YOU
1) Healing
There’s some healing to be done in the realm of the mind, using various approaches, to find your way back to yourself. Reconnection is key.
2) Movement
Life is motion. Stagnation breeds disease. Find what moves you and how to cultivate more of it in your life.
3) Nutrition
What we put into our bodies is critical for our nourishment, energy levels and well-being. How you feed yourself is how you feel about yourself.
4) Wellbeing
Here you’ll explore the things you love or have always wanted to try, from hobbies and passions, to missions and new adventures,
5) Community
This is where you’ll find your tribe. This is where people will understand where you are on your journey. As humans, we weren’t engineered to be isolated.
Orothomolecular Therapy (optional)
If you want to break free of a bad habit (drinking, smoking or other chemical substance addiction) and aren’t sure where to go, where to start, or if you want to quit without medical intervention, this approach can be effective.
Finding Y.O.U. (Your Own Uniqueness) will help create meaning, balance, energy & happiness in your life.
“You don’t have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step.”
Martin Luther King, Jr.
About Me
I am a lifelong seeker of what moves people (myself included) and why so few of us dare to step out of their comfort zones to achieve a lifestyle they enjoy, that helps them to be free, to learn, to grow. A lifestyle they’re proud to call their own, where they add creative value to the world while serving others. Born in England raised in Canada by Hungarian parents, I’ve lived in a lot of countries and speak several languages, so my life has been pretty dynamic and multicultural.
I have been working through my addiction to self-loathing, which has manifested in all kinds of ways: smoking, drinking, weed, food, perfectionism, workaholism, glued to my phone, etc. It’s taken me decades to find this source and heal it. I spent years ‘graduating’ from one bad addiction to a less bad one until I realized that it’s not the drugs or behaviors, rather my relationship to myself that needed mending.
What I lovingly refer to as ‘procrastination by overeducation,’ I have degrees in Communications, Addiction Work, Applied Nutrition, am certified in SMART Recovery, Dr. Gabor Mate’s Compassionate Inquiry, 200-hour Yoga Teacher.
Navigating Y.O.U. In Today’s World
Deciding to make a lasting change can feel daunting. Where do you begin? What do you really want outside your obligations, living up to other peoples’ standards and fulfilling the status quo? If you didn’t have to think of anyone else, or use outside influence of any kind, what is it that you really like? Have you ever given yourself permission to explore the possibilities?
